Job Description:
The candidate would primarily be responsible for conducting various investment process tasks.
Such tasks would include running reports, doing investment (mutual fund) research, and compiling data from our proprietary investment analysis tool.
In addition the candidate would be responsible for talking with financial advisors, industry wholesalers and corporate clients to gather information necessary to provide fiduciary services.
Able to prioritize and deal with shifting deliverables and deadlines in a fast paced environment Prior experience working with Microsoft Office (primarily Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Adobe Acrobat, and a CRM system.
Able to work on a team as well as individually.
Strong interpersonal skills is a plus.
At least 1 to 3 years of experience in a related financial services role such as mutual funds Proven strong verbal & written communication skills Position includes health insurance and 401(k) benefits.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
