Production Assistant

We deal in Fair Trade, Organic, and Transitional coffee from around the globe which is roasted here in Austin, Texas at our manufacturing facility and storefront.
Once hired, you will begin your tenure on dish and then trained on a rotation through the various production roles.
Duties include:
-Washing/sanitizing kegs, buckets, mugs, etc.
-Fulfilling walk-in, internet, and phone customer orders, operating POS register, fulfilling orders for delivery and shipping, blending coffee, weighing buckets of coffee.
-Regular store upkeep, organization and cleanliness.
-Side tasks as needed such as stamping bags and applying tin-ties to bags.
Perks include weekends off, a free pound of coffee per week, and daily access to fine coffee.
Paid time off is earned after a year with the company.
Prior work experience in coffee is a plus but not required.
We are seeking applicants who are able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hrs/week and thrive on working on their feet.
This is a physical job.
You must be able to be on your feet most of the day and able to carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
