Premier Research Labs, a leading manufacturer of high-end nutritional vitamins and supplements, sold to healthcare professionals and consumers around the globe, is looking for a Market Insights Analyst to join our Innovation Team.
The Market Insights Analyst will support the successful identification, development, and launch of innovative solutions for the HCP (healthcare professionals) and consumer markets by understanding target consumer's opinions, motivations, experiences, and preferences.
This person will stand at the crossroads between consumers' mindset, market trends and business needs, acting as the voice of our consumers and customers and advocating on their behalf.
This will include conducting qualitative and quantitative market research, developing, and maintaining consumer & customer personas, identifying emerging trends in the marketplace, gathering competitive actions and intel, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve organizational goals.
This is a hybrid position, meaning you will have the flexibility to work both in the office and from home.

Responsibilities:
Know the Consumer:
Keep current on industry trends & build empathy for customer's needs/problems to ensure PRL is staying ahead of consumer's needs Know the Customer:
Develop deep understanding on our practitioner channel and how they interact with industry trends and consumer preferences Lead Research Initiatives:
comfort leading, synthesizing, and communicating research initiatives with diverse goals and processes (e.

, qualitative interviews and/or quantitative data analysis) Research Management & Dissemination:
Create, manage & optimize an existing library of research materials in service of innovation and consumer communication Great Communicator:
clearly communicate with key stakeholders & cross-functional partners bringing data-supported recommendations where necessary to ensure alignment & consensus Business Strategy & Analysis:
Able to understand and articulate the impact that new intel has on existing and potential new business Core Competencies:

Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree with a focus in business and/or communication (e.
g.
, marketing, communications, journalism) - Masters / MBA preferred, but not required 2
years of consumer insights / market trend analysis experience with a proven track record of success Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing, organizational, and analytical skills to gain alignment across multiple stakeholders in a matrixed organization Exceptional project management/execution skills to meet aggressive deliverables Strong analytical analysis skills (comfort find truth in lots of data) Able to embrace transformative thinking with a sharp focus on solving customer problems Problem solver that finds novel solutions & alternative pathways to create value Curious and always seeking latest information & external insights Experience working with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) Able to adapt to new priorities in response to company demands while continuing to deliver results Enthusiasm for building a company with outstanding work ethic; must be able to perform in a fast-paced, multi-product environment Work Schedule:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
