Summary:
Our retail Sales Representatives work with customers to find the best product options to meet their unique needs, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.
We are a unique retailer that understands the value of our customer and team.
Our retail sales team is responsible for greeting and assisting customers, maintaining a neat, organized and clean sales floor promoting the Northern Tool credit card program, selling extended service protection plans on qualifying items, and supporting the management team with day-to-day store operations We are looking for:
A passion for service to offer solution options to customers Previous retail sales experience preferred Motivation to achieve results Ability to communicate clearly with customers and co-workers Ability to lift up to 70 pounds Knowledge of tools and light industrial products, or be willing to learn Mechanical aptitude Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed Bilingual in Spanish helpful Perks:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
