In order to help us deliver on this mission, we are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support the clinical needs of our clients in clinic, home, and community settings.
Candidates applying for this position will be highly organized, excellent communicators, and above all else, focused on clinical excellence.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Assesses, designs, and oversees Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) based programs Provides clinical supervision, training, and support to therapists/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Conducts assessments, develops goals, creates data sheets, and materials for client programs Prepares reports; maintains clinical documentation in accordance with company and industry standards Supports the growth of ABA Connect services while providing quality, clinical supervision and leadership to subordinates Serves as a liaison between the organization, community, families, therapists, health care providers, etc.

Required:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential Analyzes progress data, modifies treatment plans, and updates client goals Facilitates parent/caregiver training Possesses strong communication and planning skills Physically able to work on the floor with children, while providing therapy (sit, stand, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs.
) Able to use computers and tablets for extended periods of time Has access to reliable transportation, holds a valid driver's license, and is able to pass a background check As part of the ABA Connect team, you will receive:
