Austin, TX Austin, TX Full-time Full-time $60,000 - $100,000 a year $60,000 - $100,000 a year Promote the effective and efficient utilization of personnel by overseeing all aspects of HR to include HR Administration, Policy/Procedure, Compliance, Talent Sourcing and Recruiting as well as advising upper management on tactical and strategic organizational objectives.
Oversee HR teams with responsibilities including on-boarding, performance reviews, employee relations, employee development, and off-boarding.
Also oversee teams responsible for the sourcing of candidates based on company needs.
The HR Manager will advise management and employees as to the proper interpretation of various personnel and managerial policies, procedures, and regulations.
Recommend courses of action in handling employee concerns with consideration of federal and state laws, and company policy.
Job Duties:
Plan, coordinate, and administer policies, procedures, and programs that relate to the employee and the company.
Serve as an advisor to management regarding personnel administration issues, effective and efficient utilization of human resources.
Provide management with an interpretation of federal and state labor laws as well as internal policies.
Recommend courses of action in handling employee concerns.
Coordinate, and administer the company's compensation program.
Monitor a criteria-based performance evaluation system to ensure the fair and equitable treatment of employees based on performance.
Inform employees of personnel policies, procedures, and programs Counsel employees on matters relating to their employment.
Investigate causes of disputes and employee disciplinary problems; recommend follow-up action to management, including written warning, suspension, and discharge action in conjunction with established company policy.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Related Field, or Equivalent Industry Experience SHRM-CP and/or PHR Certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 Years Experience as HR Generalist or Related Areas.
