$50k base salary PLUS Commission Bonus' Fast track to $70k salary scheme (one year program) 2 company holidays a year - Cancun and Bahamas! Within your first year in the company you will enter a 4 step progression plan:
1st Stage:
6-week intensive training with seminars focused on working with candidates.
You will be trained to be an expert in speaking to job seekers and understanding their needs, personalities and drivers.
This is all about building relationships and learning to be credible within the technology space.
2nd Stage:
learning your market.
You will discuss with your manager where in the business you want to specialize and get training in that market.
Training is focused on the best companies to work for, understanding the job roles you recruit for, and the future developments of the market.
3rd Stage:
Learning how to develop new business.
This will be done by speaking to companies and understanding their requirements.
Also, social media marketing and how to use LinkedIn as an engagement tool.
4th Stage:
Implementing all the stages to become a full 360 recruiter.
This will come with a pay rise and a graduation lunch trip!! In your second year, you will work to become a manager and hire a graduate like yourself to mentor.

Also, they hire external trainers to come in and give you alternate approaches to your work.
