Goodwin & Company is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented and experienced Front Desk/Office Coordinator for a fast-growing company.
Your mission would be to greet clients, vendors, visitors, and staff entering the office and to provide customer service through pleasant and helpful interactions with all people, internal and external, answer all incoming calls, and to assure security of all incoming mail/checks/payments.
Responsibilities:
Duties include but are not limited to:
Answer all incoming calls via multi-line phone system Provide excellent customer service internally and externally by providing assistance in solving customer issues and concerns in person, over the phone, and through email Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues Escalate calls to appropriate Managers and/or Supervisors when necessary Assure completion and security of daily mail opening, date stamping and distribution, receipting and logging via daily Receivables Log Coordinate delivery of all Courier, FedEx, USPS and other carrier mail Coordinate online conference room booking management Knowledge of HOA and the services we provide to each community Be extremely articulate and professional Update mailboxes as needed Update Vendor tracking sheet in Teams Assist the Transitions team with vendor setups Scan on-boarding clients records
Qualifications:
Are at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED Are legally eligible to work in the United States Can navigate through different application systems Competency in Microsoft Office Applications Have a naturally positive attitude, pleasant, friendly attitude, with an ability to adapt to change Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
