I am looking for a proactive do-er who is motivated and eager to keep the ball rolling and who excels at task management and prioritization.
I offer flexibility but require efficiency and productivity.
Your HQ will be the home of the business owner (North Austin) and your home.
Time:
20 hours per week, 1099 employment, with some city driving involved in errands/projects; Paid vacation offered after 12 months.
Responsibilities:
Retrieving, opening and organizing mail and taking action on handling time-sensitive responses Management and payment of bills Management of home of primary household including cat sitter and cleaning company Vendor management & maintenance for the 2nd home of business owner Grocery Shopping and making sure healthy meals are provided once a week Mailing or shipping various items Scheduling various appointments Able to run miscellaneous errands as needed (dry cleaning, post office, etc) Manage travel & accommodations Develop a consistent workflow that prioritizes duties on a day-to-day basis Event planning Competencies desired:
Excellent detail orientation Proficient organizational and task management skills Naturally resourceful person with an ability to problem solve Proficient in Email, Task management software a bonus! Strong verbal & written communication skills Must like cats (only two!) Flexible work from home options available.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
