10) What You'll Do Plan, organize, and implement RCIA program, adult programming (bible studies, fellowship, formation, etc) Organize, train and lead volunteers Participates in planning meetings Collaborates with other staff members, especially the Faith Formation department Prepares and maintains the AFF budget What You'll Need A strong desire and commitment to the teachings of the Catholic faith related to the respective ministry Education and/or experience to coordinate adult formation events is required.
Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work under pressure while multi-tasking Ability to work flexible shifts:
days, weekend, evenings, Easter, and Christmas Excellent computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office and general computer applications Compensation This is a full-time position.
Salary is commensurate with experience and education.

I understand that St.
John Neumann Catholic Church prohibits the unlawful manufacture, possession, use, sale, transfer or purchase of a controlled substance or designer drug on or off the church grounds.
It is also a violation of church policy for anyone to possess, use, or be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage during work hours.
Any violation of the above can result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
Drug and alcohol testing can be administered anytime and failure to take the test will automatically result in termination of employment.
