Job Summary Company -Austin Office supplies various construction materials for Semiconductor Fabs in US.
We are providing total solutions to our customer from material sourcing, warehouse management, to delivery.
Our group is mainly trading mechanical construction materials such as high purity products - piping, valves, and fittings (so called as tool hook-up materials.
)The main key of our business is sourcing materials from the US and overseas to Semiconductor fabs in US, handling all operation process and providing them to the Contractors' job site in a timely manner, developing new customers for future business and vendors to improve supply chain operation.
We are recruiting a self-motivated and enthusiastic Warehouse Management Professional.
The ideal candidate is someone who has knowledge of semiconductor mechanical materials (tool hook-up materials) and with experience in logistics, Supply Chain Management, and Semiconductor FABs networks in the US.
You will play an important role in ensuring our warehouse operations with optimum precision and efficiency, helping to fulfill orders and prepare them for shipment.
Job Description - Excellent data entry and data processing skills- Proficient in schedule and report creation- Ability to multitask on a team and alone- Ability to manage processes successfully- Oversees distribution, warehousing, and shipping- Scan and track incoming and outgoing orders- Receive and process new inventory, ensuring contents match manifest documents- Inspect receivables for defects, damages, or missing items- Double-check items to verify the accuracy of outgoing orders- Follow all warehouse policies and standard operating procedures.
- Contributes to creating and recommending strategic plans and reviews in order to achieve warehouse operational objectives.
- Communicate between SCTA & Warehouse, Vendors and Contractors.
- Coordinating the shipment status with distributors and vendors- Manages any issues related in warehouse operation, and delivery, communicating with Group Manager, Vendors and Customers.
Qualifications - Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional and help to create, develop and implement process improvements- Any experience in Semiconductor FABs, Mechanical engineering, or mechanical materials, or Management of supply chain is major plus.
- A bachelor's or associate degree in supply chain management or mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of warehouse operations experience in the US market- Experience with customer and vendor engagement- Team player with a focus on growing business with strategy- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Language requirement:
English, Korean- Proficient in Excel, WMS (Warehouse Management System)- Ability to accurately analyze and revise information- Fast learner, detail-oriented, deadline-oriented- Big plus to have prior knowledge in Tool Hook-Up industry (vendor, construction) Please contact:
