I'm looking for a New House Cleaner for my house the job pays $20 a Hour.
It can be 1 person or a team of cleaners to do the job.
My home is always kept really clean and nice and does have a some Fragile things that I don't want broken so I need someone who is careful trustworthy, On Time, Dependable, Detail Oriented and a Good Hard Fast Worker.
I will require a cleaner every 1-2 months on a permanent basis.
My home is about 2700 sq feet 3 bedrooms 3 baths, my home it is kept up well, clean organized and picked up not a mess, I am single and work from home.
I require cleaning for some rooms more than others, 2 rooms of the house don't require cleaning at all ever where as the areas I use most will require cleaning such as the Kitchen and bathrooms.
I will provide all the cleaning products, rags, brooms mops, towels, vacuum etc unless you prefer to use your own.
The basic cleaning requirements will be Vacuuming carpet, cleaning hardwoods, mopping etc.
