About The Team:
Auctane Financial Services Platform Team works across the Auctane business and technology organizations to achieve a single shared goal - creating Payments, Billing/Invoicing, Adjustments, Fraud and other Financial Services Solutions that are as exceptional as the Merchants that use them.
About The Role:
The Principal Technical Program Manager role will lead the strategy and execution of Auctane's Financial Services platform across all brands.
This individual will be responsible for driving the long term platform strategy and executing on a product roadmap that will drive growth, revenue and customer satisfaction.
This role requires a deep understanding of the payments industry and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Primary Objectives :
Drive/Execute on the product roadmap for Auctane's Financial Services platform(s).
Manage program lifecycle management from concept to launch of platform(s) across all brands.
Collaborate with internal/external partners and stakeholders to deliver as well as adopt the Financial Services Platform.
Stay current with industry trends to ensure Auctane is at the forefront of the payments landscape.
What You'll Be Doing:
Coordinate with product managers and/or designers to define and execute on the roadmap.
Define, implement, and monitor key metrics to measure the success of initiatives Establish consistent project roles and responsibilities within the initiative teams to provide the appropriate updates, information, and resourcing Provide the tools, process, and communication for neutral, executive decision makers to make decisions for project/resource conflicts, including participating and presenting in executive leadership meetings.
Highlight and drive alignme nt in cross-departmental initiatives and teams to ensure project success Drive innovative ideas, solutions and products through leadership and decisive action.
Lead and mentor teams and future leaders.
What We Are Looking For:
Minimum of 10 years of total work experience in a combination of technology development, program management, product management and/or business analytics.
Proven ability to drive results, especially in a matrixed or influence based environment Strong leadership, negotiation and execution skills with the ability to drive results, deliver and excel, and be accountable for successes and failures Strong communication skills (oral, verbal and listening) as well as the ability to influence key decision makers and understand their points of view Comfortable in a fast paced, growing environment and work well with ambiguity A direct and open style of communication that leads to full transparency An ability to maintain composure in crisis situations What will Make You Stand Out:
Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
Strong understanding of the payments industry, including regulatory and compliance requirements You possess the ability to place the success of users and the business ahead of any particular idea (including your own).
Strong analytical, problem-solving thinking; you understand that saying no is as important as saying yes and you use data to explain decisions.
Savvy organizational and interpersonal skills; the ability to adapt to changes and new ideas and to understand how to achieve outcomes in a rapidly changing environment Ability to articulate through narratives with exceptional written communication skills You enjoy talking with customers and have experience learning from their pain points to discover new opportunities.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
