The Texas Parks & Wildlife Language Support Specialist will support and expand TPWD audiences by eliminating or reducing language barriers for people who have limited ability to speak, write and/or understand the English language.
This position performs advanced (senior-level) work and is responsible for carrying out the department's federally mandated Limited English Proficiency Policy and developing a plan to administer all aspects of the policy.
Working with Communications Division staff members, and across divisions, will support language assistance and diverse audience development by improving awareness of multi-lingual outreach campaigns, and multi-channel content including website, social media, video and print products.
May supervise the work of others.
Works under limited supervision, with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
Performs additional duties as assigned.
Complies with all Agency, Division and Branch rules, regulations and procedures.
Recommended Skills Audience Development Communication Social Media English Campaigns Language Interpretation Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
