Position Summary The North American Field Force Manager is part of the internal Growth team of the Solutions Group.
The growth team works to drive uptake of key Embed SaaS products.
Specifically, the Field Force are on-the-ground promotors, helping drive on-ground training sessions of FEC staff and consumers.
This role works actively with the growth team and cross-collaborates with the Marketing team, Customer Experience and Sales team.
Key Responsibilities Develop, design and implement a comprehensive Field Force training program, including training events for key Embed SaaS products.
Collaborate with internal Marketing agency on the design of the training program, give-aways, and design supporting assets to enable the Field Force to be successful.
Develop the criteria for prioritizing geographic areas for training events, and manage the Master Plan (calendar) for on-ground events.
Lead the TRAINING (conduct the training) execution of on-ground of events.
Analyze data and trends to identify, action, and/or influence long term in order to maximize potential for your assigned portfolio of FECs.
Build effective working relationships with FECs; be a trusted advisor and a business advocate.
Play a consultant role with oversight of key strategic activities that are underway for the FECs, following up, escalating, and clearing blockers as appropriate across multiple organizations.
Advocate as the voice of the customer internally, using data and anecdotes to drive prioritization, to deliver value across a larger customer set.
Act as a thought leader in defining success criteria, understanding business needs of FECs, and improving the Field Force team efficiency in an ever-changing business environment.
Monitor and analyze key metrics, such as event results, consumer conversions, and identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate course correction strategies.
Manage and deliver performance scorecard.
Required Skills and Experience Bachelors degree in training, marketing, project management or a related field experience.
Hand-on training experience is a must.
Proven experience in Field Force (Training) or Promotor Training programs in technology.
Strong experience in B2B customer training and B2C end consumer training.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams of inside sales, product development, RSP's, and payment specialist.
Positive, fun and creative.
Self-starter, ability to think outside of the box.
Impact player with a Multiplier Effect.
Well- organized and able to work with minimal supervision and in a dynamic work environment.
Strong sense of curiosity and wanting to learn; extremely organized and self-managing.

This role requires extensive USA travel.
