The Role:
As a Stabilized Remote Head Product Specialist, you will be a vital part of our sales team, collaborating closely with Sales Representatives and Business Development professionals to drive revenue and foster customer loyalty.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction after the sale and identifying opportunities for growth.
You will also play a crucial role in new product introductions and marketing activities, contributing to the overall success of our business.
The Job Location:
the position will be available at our New York LIC location or at our Burbank California location.
Responsibilities:
On-board new customers and provide user training to ensure our clients are successful using our remote heads.
Develop product awareness when new product introduction take place.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support the success of the sales team and meet revenue targets.
Contribute to lead generation activities and marketing strategies in the assigned market.
Maintain accurate records of all activities in our CRM system.
Assist in the production of marketing collateral, advertising materials, and promotional campaigns.
Gather and analyze customer feedback, making recommendations for product enhancements and updates.
Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify new customers and retain existing ones.
Work with the supply chain team to optimize inventory mix based on market demand.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to contribute to business strategies.
Qualifications:
A minimum of six years' experience in a professional production environment operating grip equipment and stabilized remote heads.
Member of an IATSE Grip local is highly desirable.
Previous sales experience is highly desirable.
Fluency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
Skills/Abilities:
Perform effectively in any selling situation and work effectively in a marketing environment.
Actively promote and support sales efforts while presenting an image representative of the company.
Possess the ability to understand and analyze market trends and relate them to the product development team.
Interpret information gathered by the Camera Sales team and effectively communicate it to the product development team for the refinement and development of the CSS product line.
Highly motivated and demonstrate complete confidence to independently handle any and all situations presented in both office and field environments.
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM.
Excellent interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and in writing.
Proven ability to follow up and follow through with all sales processes.
Self-motivated and self-disciplined.
Able to handle stressful situations professionally and interact respectfully with co-workers and clients.
Must comply with ARRI business practices in sales, order entry, accounting, and inventory control.

The compensation range for this role within our group is $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
Please keep in mind that compensation offered for this role will be dependent upon an applicants level of experience and current applicable skill set.
