Adecco's client in north Austin, Texas seeks 2 experienced Customer Support Coordinator to start working in August 2023.

Job Description:

Working with the world's largest provider of automatic test equipment (ATE) in the semiconductor industry.
Our client has 2 openings for a non-technical, entry level position in a dynamic business to business (B2B) environment that will provide prompt, accurate and professional support to our customers across North, Central and South America.
The ideal candidate will successfully complete the initial training course, retain the information taught in a competent fashion, demonstrate organization skills with follow-up techniques and be willing to ask questions when unsure of things.
Special Requirements or Call outs:

standing for long hours, lifting requirements, etc) ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Support customer requests by phone and email by conducting tasks such as the recording of service requests, placement of part orders, confirming and communicating shipment and/or return details and proactively providing notification of any changes Escalate customer concerns within established guidelines to ensure timely resolution Generate quotations and invoices while maintaining monthly, quarterly and fiscal year financial objectives Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and successful resolution of all inquiries, challenges and concerns (Including Sales, Field Service Engineers, Logistics, Planning and Collections) Access multiple system applications simultaneously to effectively support customersTransportation/Parking Information (Is the client's site accessible by public transportation? Does client validate parking? Does client provide reimbursement for parking? etc)Parking lotConversational / Qualifying Questions:
