What You Will Do:
As Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for leading our volunteer program, the BRIDGE Program, administering team member engagement surveys, facilitating recognition/rewards programs and other miscellaneous projects within Human Resources.
Lead our Volunteer Program (the BRIDGE Program)BRIDGE Purpose:
Connected hearts, unlimited possibilities.
Responsible for all communications associated with the program.
Monthly BRIDGE coaches' calls, email communications, presentations for various meetings, etc.
Coordinate BRIDGE events, including National Meeting BRIDGE event, National Day of Caring, annual BRIDGE planning meeting.
Responsible for data and reporting of volunteer information, including facilitating nominations for Volunteer of the Quarter and charity donation requests.
Onboard new hires into the BRIDGE program.
Support the regional BRIDGE coaches.
Act as BRIDGE ambassador.
Administer Team Member Engagement Surveys Facilitate annual team member engagement survey, from set-up to data collection, reporting and communication of results.
Manage team member life cycle surveys, including onboarding/stay, and exit surveys.
Including set-up, data collection, and communication with key stake holders for an impact on team member retention and engagement.
Facilitate Recognition/Rewards ProgramsPromote and maintain our virtual recognition program (Work Tango previously known as YouEarnedIt!).
Create creative communications about the program.
Maintain rewards, points, new hires into the system, etc.
Coordinate CWS Milestone Anniversary program.
For team members celebrating milestone anniversaries, provide communications to their managers and team members, assist with anniversary awards and gifts, as well as data and reporting maintenance.
Administer the annual CWS Tuition Assistance Program.
Communications regarding the program, processing requests and management of data and reporting.
Be a Culture Ambassador.
Coordinate communications and/or events to connect CWS team members.
Other miscellaneous human resources projects as capacity allows.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree desired, not required.
Some travel required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
