We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our rapidly growing luxury jewelry startup.

Managing Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Bookkeeping and Quickbooks matching Approving employee expenses Assisting with new employee onboarding Managing employee equity profiles via Carta Manage fraud protection and oversee client payments Running biweekly commission and payroll Implementing and updating current scalable back-office systems for finance, accounting, reporting, and compliance Overseeing internal financial operations, including budgets, P&L, and expense management Filing sales tax returns Assisting with federal and state tax return preparation Onboarding and working alongside an accounting firm for tax preparation Ensuring that Ada Diamonds is in full compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and government filings (e.
g.
, Form 990, State filings) Working with Ada's inventory manager to conduct quarterly inventory reports Maintain budgets for each office Required
Qualifications:
United States resident Bachelor's Degree required 4
years of experience in a financial role, partnering with management/senior-level staff 2
years of experience in managing Accounting, FPA, Tax, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivables Knowledge of US tax law including both federal and state taxes Experience with Quickbooks Proficient with Gmail and Google Apps Strong analytical skills Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects at once Excellent written and verbal communication skills Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new technologies and workflows Logistics & Compensation:
