Job Description:
This position is for Social Media team and will be responsible for leading the team's social intelligence efforts.
Strategists with previous experience leading social media for brands are desired.
Qualified candidates should have:
? Advanced knowledge of social media channels (e.
g.
, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube), emerging/new channels (e.
g.
, Snapchat, TikTok), and social metrics associated with each channel.
? Experience using a social media management system (SMMS), ideally Sprinklr, to create social listening dashboards, owned/earned performance reports, developing recurring reports for the social media team
teams throughout the company and ad hoc reporting as needed.
? Experience developing, implementing, and partnering with agencies to execute social media ad campaigns and tracking results.
? Advanced skill presenting findings, research, analysis, conclusions, alternatives and information clearly and concisely to various teams throughout the company up to executive leadership.
