Responsibilities:
Work assigned, self-generated, and sourced leads through information gathering interviews and discovery meetings to qualify business owner prospects.
Resolve business roadblocks/pain points with premium solution services and support positive relations with clients during execution of contracted services.
Understand the roles of each business segment to quantify the roles needed on each client project.
Construct/Present a detailed solution agreement of services custom designed specifically for that clients needs, whatever they may be.
Virtually Any business solution services can be offered to a prospective client, therefore you administer the agreement that is Best for THEM! Facilitate value focused contract readings to secure client financial commitments.
Transition contracted interests to support delivery of core activities related to client assessment, change impacts, readiness assessments, communication, training, and sustainability of the change.
Confident working across departments, geographies, and leveraging support.
Drives ongoing improvements in the value delivered by the adoption practice.
Attend Bi-Monthly video sales related group calls with your assigned Sales Director/Manager.
Have input into the processes! SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES Minimum 3 years related experience in sales and/or people management, organizational development, project delivery work, or sales experience.
Experience in active assessment and strategic investigation skills.
Experience positioning high value services for any project and in an unlimited array of industries.
Ability to connect the dots across a complex program of adoption needs.
Experience using measures and analytics to manage office operations.
Bachelors Degree OR Experience equivalent in business administration, organizational development, behavior, change management, communications, or related discipline.
