Production Associate

Production Assembler (Location 290 & 183) to work full-time.
Medical Device manufacturer in north Austin seeks a responsible, self-motivated, and energetic person to fill a full-time Production Assembler position. The hours are approximately 8-5 M-F.

JOB
Responsibilities:
- Assemble complex electro-mechanical medical products
- Understand assembly drawings and work instructions
- Occasionally operate a 3 axis CNC routing table for plastics
- Ensure proper components are issued and used
- Work with simple fabrication tools in a shop environment that may include drilling, routing, cutting and sanding
- Perform basic soldering for electrical connections - Consistently meet or exceed assembly time standards
- Complete the required production documents and accurately record lot numbers
- Understand and comply with all documented quality requirements and processes that relate to production department
- Willingness to do other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required
- Must have good written and oral communication skills
- Must be very detail-oriented
- Must be able to work independently will little instruction
- Must interact well with others and have the aptitude to be an informal resource - Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to work on your feet for prolonged periods of time
- Must have 3-5 Years' experience in manufacturing
- Knowledge of FDA regulations and ISO 13485 standards helpful

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
