Director, Product and Solutions Marketing

The RoleLeafLink is seeking a Product and Solutions Marketing Director to help build the future of B2B cannabis technology.
This role is responsible for establishing the Product Marketing vision, leading the creation of compelling and differentiated brand, product, and solution narratives, and partnering across the organization to land those messages in the market.
What You'll Be DoingYou'll spend each day living and breathing industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs.
You'll be a deep expert on all things product and roadmap, and proactively shape product strategy and marketing messages.
You'll be an active 'player-coach' as you lead the team to create simple, resonant, differentiated messaging.
Underlying all this, you'll be a raving advocate for customers' needs, as well as their experience with LeafLink.
This role is a critical component of a large cross-functional stakeholder group:
your team, Product, Marketing, Go-To-Market, and more.
As a leader in this group, you'll be responsible for defining, documenting, and aligning around the customer journey to ensure a friction-free experience.
You'll lead the strategy for building and delivering plans for new product launches, ongoing messaging improvements, and ensuring that our sales teams are enabled to represent LeafLink in customer conversations.
You'll be a critical partner to our Campaigns team, ensuring that the strategy and messaging you've developed are taken to market in a thoughtful, measurable way - setting and exceeding targets along the way.
You'll be a shepherd of product adoption and usage, ensuring the right prompts, promotions, and feedback channels are in place to make each of our customers successful.
As the functional leader, you'll be visionary and customer-focused.
You'll set challenging targets focused on revenue, adoption, and usage, and lead your team to exceed them.
You'll bring a steady, calm hand, and clarify swim lanes, eliminate roadblocks, and orient your team with ease.
You will develop and grow your team, create a welcoming and inclusive environment, and contribute to developing an engaged, healthy workplace.
What You'll Bring to the Team 10
years of Product Marketing experience, with demonstrated growth in scope; 3
years as a people manager Proven capability to craft compelling brand, solution, and product narratives Product Marketing experience in B2B, SaaS, and/or Cannabis Experience building marketing messaging and programs for Marketplaces, Advertising Platforms, and/or Financial Services Familiarity with packaging and pricing strategies Technical proficiency and/or general knowledge of martech tools such as JIRA, Asana, AppCues, HubSpot, Segment, etc.
Data fluency, and hands-on knowledge of analytics tools (ex.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
