Associate General Counsel - Growing Energy Company

A rapidly growing national energy company is looking for an Associate General Counsel to join their team.
As the Associate General Counsel, you will be playing a pivotal role in the company's growth by assisting the commercial development and management teams.
This is a unique opportunity with a lot of potential for growth with a company that can pay competitively.
Associate General Counsel Work closely with the General Counsel to ensure SEC compliance and support investor communications, securities offerings, and banking transactions and will also support the Legal Department's corporate governance, and cybersecurity activities Assist with SEC public company disclosure and compliance matters Partner with the Treasury function to provide strategic support for the full range of corporate finance activities, including financings, banking and credit facilities, parent company guarantees and other cash management activities Support the full range of SEC compliance and investor relations activities, including periodic reporting, earnings releases and other investor communications, disclosure committee reviews and Section 16 compliance.
Ensure continuous improvement of and compliance with insider trading policies and procedures Other corporate law matters as required Associate General Counsel JD 5
years of legal experience in practice areas relevant to job responsibilities Experience with midstream oil and gas matters is preferred, but not required Have verifiable knowledge of U.
S.
public company disclosure, governance, and executive compensation practices as well as experience providing counsel on corporate finance, treasury, corporate secretarial and subsidiary management matters Be able to balance competing priorities and have strong analytical and technical skills Recommended Skills Analytical Business Process Improvement Cash Management Communication Corporate Finance Corporate Laws Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
