IT Project Coordinator

We are recruiting a full-time, direct-hire IT Project Coordinatorto help our client successfully deliver IT projects, services, and ongoing support.
The emphasis for this role is working to develop an inventory control process/program.
This is an excellent growth opportunity for someone looking to pivot into IT Project Management.

This 100% in-person in the Hudson Bend area, zip code 78734.
Responsibilities Work with the PM team, stakeholders, and vendors to create detailed project plans that support business initiatives.
Assist in coordinating program logistics, materials, and resources Assist the PM team in ensuring all milestones are complete and communicate project status updates.
Track engineering project delivery hours and timelines.
Coordinate and monitor the work of cross-functional teams and vendor resources.
Assist the PM team in ensuring that all milestones on the project are followed up on and completed in a timely fashion to hit the project delivery timelines.
Interface with supervisors who maintain the scheduling of field teams and related resources, ensuring time and cost control.
Identify and mitigate risks Attend project status meetings, design/bid meetings, and other meetings as required.
Take in-person meeting notes at all meetings.
Send communications to relevant parties as necessary.
Follow up on action items and next steps.
Establish and maintain good relationships with stakeholders and vendors Contribute to IT process improvements Works with PM and Engineering Teams for schedule planning.
Assist in identifying areas of production/format process for project management support and work with the manager to determine needs and implement solutions Administrative errands/tasks as needed These requests include by not limited to, project support, assessment and analysis reports, program management, building onboarding, and facilities management tasks
Qualifications:
Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues independently Entrepreneurial Spirit with a mindset for continuous improvement Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills, and solid organizational skills Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be able to manage multiple tasks, projects, and day-to-day issues effectively Proficient in Word and Excel and have a full range of computer literacy Recommended Skills Administration Communication Computer Literacy Entrepreneurship Facility Management Interpersonal Skills Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
