Austin, TX Austin, TX Full-time Full-time Up to $55,000 a year Up to $55,000 a year 18 hours ago 18 hours ago 18 hours ago Responsibilities Coordinates onboarding for staff Maintain employee and contractor files Assist with employee relations issues, escalating major issues to the Administrator when appropriate Provides counsel and support to leaders and staff related to Human Resources policies and procedures Assists with the coordination of employee recognition events Administers FMLA and Leave of Absence track leaves.
Educates managers and employees on process.
Assists in maintaining current policy and procedure manuals and employee handbooks and ensuring departmental compliance Notify leaders when the need arises for job description review/updates Ensure compliance of licensure, certification and recertification requirements May participate in organization development and training programs Maintains an indisputable level of privacy, confidentiality and security of associate data, while ensuring relevant information is dispersed in an accurate, timely and appropriate manner Performs other duties as assigned by the Administrator Job Type:
