In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and engage with them by phone and email.
Taking their orders, checking stock, giving pricing and order status.
Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of the MAS 200 order entry and inventory modules.
Order entry from customer POs, emails, and phone calls.
Check stock for customers and communicate with purchasing on stock orders.
Give customer pricing and order status.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Product knowledge of floor tile or construction materials a plus.
Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently.
Ability to focus on customer issues in a fast-paced environment.
Qualified candidate will be comfortable in a multi-tasking, high-energy environment.
They will be creative and analytical problem solvers with a passion for excellent customer service.
Basic accounting and math skills Computer skills:
Ability to use a desktop computer system.
Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Internet Explorer.
Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent computer software skills to navigate through a software system.
