You will communicate with and assist both internal and external customers.
What You'll Do Answer and direct incoming phone calls Schedule designer appointments for our clients Provide timely and accurate information for clients Update customer records accurately Work together with team members to exceed customer expectations What We Look For Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills Reliable with an outstanding work ethic Ability to maintain a positive attitude with customers and co-workers Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Customer oriented, friendly, and enthusiastic team members We offer Employee benefit package Paid Holidays Paid Training Paid Vacation 8-hour shift Saturday availability and evenings until 7pm Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems.
