We are looking for an energetic and experienced Executive / Personal Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
The Executive / Personal Assistant will provide one-to-one support and assistance to relative administrative and non-core personal and job related tasks so they can focus on major company initiatives.
This role will also serve as a liaison between the CEO, leadership team and staff; craft communication and presentation materials; and assist with special projects.
The Executive / Personal Assistant will leverage great interpersonal skills and project management expertise to support the CEO's initiatives and company's goals.
The Executive / Personal Assistant will be able to effectively assist with the coordination of personal affairs and balance personal and business tasks.
An ideal candidate is a self-starter who is known for going above and beyond, ready to help in whatever ways needed, and can anticipate and address problems as they arise.
This position will begin as part-time (approximately 10 - 20 hours) and has potential to increase to a full-time (40
hour) position.
The salary range for this position is $35 per hour.
This position may be eligible for our comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k plan, company-paid short and long-term disability coverage, and paid time off upon reaching full-time status.
This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work anywhere.

Role The Executive / Personal Assistant will provide direct support for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) maintaining superior customer service, addressing issues brought forth in a professional, expedient manner.
The Executive / Personal Assistant will split their time between tasks and responsibilities for the business and supporting the CEO directly with personal affairs.
Responsible for scheduling internal and external meetings, heavy travel and calendar coordination, preparing written responses to routine inquiries, maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems, scheduling business and personal appointments, conducting purchases, and assembling highly confidential and sensitive information.
The Executive / Personal Assistant manages a diverse group of important external callers as well as internal contacts.
Independent judgment needed to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload.
Work as part of a collaborative and flexible team to support the overall operation and administration of the Company.
Responsibilities Manage Calendar and Mail Open, read and prioritize incoming mail.
Arranging meetings and conference calls Assisting the CEO with his daily schedule, including managing their calendar, commitments, and travel arrangements Book and Manage Travel Extensive travel planning including air, accommodation, Decide
plan activities, create detailed itineraries Coordinate Other Personal Affairs Salons, Dentist, Dr Appointments Coordinate house maintenance and contractors Assist in managing vehicles Book restaurant reservations, social events Coordinate Personal Finances Track bill, expenses Track tax planning Manage personal budgeting ongoing Serve as Liaison to Company Team Serves as a liaison between CEO and other team members Researches and fulfills information requests from business contacts.
Take notes on calls that the CEO cannot attend Build Communications, Presentations and Assist with Special Projects Building powerpoint presentations, board agendas, and financial documents, when needed or requested Plans, organizes, and prioritizes special projects Format documents, spreadsheets Keep Google Drive organized Assist with Events and Meeting Management Assists in coordinating the agenda of the senior leadership team and other meetings.
Planning events for personal and business All other duties and responsibilities, as assigned Results The successful Executive / Personal Assistant will meet deadlines for deliverables, build strong relationships across the organization, and assist in the actualization of initiatives.
KPIs that may be evaluated include the timeliness, quality and effectiveness of communications, organization of calendars, meetings and commitments, and issues and problems solved in a timely manner.
Requirements Tech-savvy, ability to learn new technology quickly Minimum two (2) years experience supporting senior level executives with high standards and expectations in a fast-paced work environment Proficient in Google suite:
Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Drive Familiarity with common softwares such as Zoom, Slack, Asana Proficient in spreadsheets, Excel or Google spreadsheets Proficient in Project Management (project management experience) Adaptability, flexibility and high comfort level with change Outstanding organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills Talented problem solving skills; being able to quickly solve an issue efficiently and effectively Must have your own computer (with ability to download company required applications) and strong WiFi connection Company Overview Who Is The DEO Dentist Entrepreneur Organization? The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
