Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests through inbound and outbound phone calls, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and advice to customers.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to address complex customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.
Training and Development:
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and customer service best practices.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college education or relevant certifications is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
Proficiency in using computer applications and CRM software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
