- Provide strong executive personal support to executive, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, clear communication - Organize comprehensive business & personal travel arrangements (domestic and international) - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations - Conduct research and compile data for executive - Handle confidential information with discretion - Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events - Perform clerical duties - Handle phone calls for executive - Work closely with household staff to ensure executive's needs are meet Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role for mininum of 3 years - Business management is preferred - Experience handling complex business/personal travel - Experience working in tech field is preferred - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Exceptional communication skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Team work ethic - Proficient in using Outlook Calendar for scheduling appointments - Must be proficient in working with executive household & staff We are seeking a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills for our client as an Executive Personal Assistant.
