The purpose of the Transfers Specialist is to assist clients who are moving their funds in and out of their retirement accounts at Quest Trust Company.
This role will work closely with individual clients and internal team members.
The position requires heavy phone time, e-mail interaction, research, and strategic thinking.
We are looking for individuals who are client service oriented, self-motivated, comfortable with technology and enjoy working in an ever-changing work environment.
Facilitate client movement of funds in and out of their retirement accounts for new and existing Quest Trust Company clients Manage and develop client relationships to deliver world famous customer service Communicate with internal departments, external IRA custodians and clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, or in person to address concerns regarding movement of funds Work with clients to handle general or complex questions regarding their IRA transfer/rollover Must meet and maintain established performance standards.
Effectively use Salesforce to log client account transfer information Participate in and comply with all required firm and regulatory continuing education provided by Quest Trust Company Stay up to date on industry issues and use that information to serve clients Participate in special projects and other tasks as assigned Education & Experience High School Diploma required A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of directly job-related Skills & Qualifications Detail oriented with the ability to handle confidential investment documents Strong problem solving skills Time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize Must be able to work well in a team environment Strong data entry skills and ability to multitask Excellent customer service Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Type minimum 55-60 WPM (https:
