This role involves accurate and efficient entry of critical data related to capital infrastructure construction and scheduling activities supporting our mission to transform the construction industry through excellence in data management.

The role is pivotal in ensuring the accurate and efficient entry of vital data pertaining to capital infrastructure construction and scheduling activities.
This position plays a crucial role in supporting our mission to transform the construction industry through superior data management practices.
Key
Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update data related to capital infrastructure projects, including construction schedules, budgetary information, and compliance records.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data in our project management systems.
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to collect and verify project-related data.
Assist in the development and maintenance of databases and data systems specific to construction project management.
Regularly review data for inconsistencies or anomalies that could skew analytical results.
Prepare and compile data reports to assist in project tracking and decision-making processes.
Support the management team in data analysis and presentation for stakeholder communications.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive project and financial data.
Qualifications Proven experience in data entry or a related field.
Proficiency in data management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Certification in project management methodologies is highly regarded, with additional consideration for government or military-specific training.
