Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and company policies.
Address and resolve customer concerns, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and empathy.
Order Processing:
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and modifications.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Work closely with the sales team to support customer needs and inquiries.
Problem Resolution:
Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
Proactively identify trends in customer concerns and recommend solutions to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
