Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate and helpful information regarding products, services, and policies.
Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
Order Processing:
Assist customers with placing orders and processing transactions.
Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve order-related issues.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Generate reports on customer service activities as required.
Communication:
Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and trends.
Communicate product updates, promotions, and relevant information to customers.
Problem Resolution:
Identify and escalate issues that require additional attention to the appropriate team members.
Work proactively to prevent potential customer issues and address them before they escalate.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
