Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Admissions Advisor.
The Admissions Advisor will be responsible for providing stellar customer service to prospective students and communicating with them about their potential enrollment with the academy.
Additionally, the Admissions Advisor will assist with student recruitment efforts, contribute to training new staff members, and participate in sales-related activities.
Qualifications Conduct outbound prospecting to identify potential leads through various channels (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging) Follow up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects Collaborate with our marketing and admissions teams to create and execute targeted outreach campaigns to drive enrollment Maintain accurate records of all communication and activity with leads and update our CRM system (Hubspot, HighLevel) accordingly Ability to work independently and remotely Continuously refine and improve our sales processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results We will prioritize candidates who have completed the pre-screening question (2 minute video question in the application) Requirements Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and digital marketing platforms 2
years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the tech industry.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Must be self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently This is a fully remote contract position (full-time) position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
