This person will be responsible to identifying quality issues within the manufacturing environment, leading investigations and root cause analysis, collecting relevant process and product data, and managing non-conforming material.
This person will work closely with production and engineering teams to maintain rapid response and to drive continuous improvements to the production process.
What You'll Do Perform various inspections, audits, and testing to evaluate product and process performance Drive root cause investigations for in-process and incoming quality issues Collect and analyze mechanical and electrical test and measurement data with engineering teams Manage, inspect, contain, and disposition non-conforming material.
Work with engineering teams to validate new product designs, equipment, and processes Assist with PFMEA and control plan activities to identify and mitigate manufacturing risks before they become quality issues Analyze production data to identify potential non-conforming or at-risk materialWork with cross-functional teams to meet safety, quality, and production goals Job Type:
