The MRB Technician collaborates with Quality Engineers, Production Control, Operations, Process Engineers, Material Planning, Supplier Quality Engineers and Supplier Industrialization Engineers to contain any quality defects identified in Production or in the Field.
What You'll Do Operate in the 'inspect, diagnose and repair' mindset Guide MRB team to properly disposition parts in timely manner, driving root cause investigations.
Participate in daily Material Review Board meetings with presence from Supplier Industrialization, Quality Engineering, Process Engineering and Operations Document and communicate any identified defects on parts.
Collect defective parts and secure in Material Review Board area.
Disposition non-conforming material accurately and in a timely manner, including any material transactions.
Ensure accurate inventory in the MRB area both virtually and physically, along with proper documentation Construct and maintain strong relationships with cross functional teams in all locations (onsite and offsite to Factory) Create Supplier corrective action requests, including obtaining & logging updates to open requests.
Transact MRB inventory as necessary, to include returning any parts to the supplier Track and present data trends on defects identified using data applications and systems.
Documenting Supplier Corrective Action Requests, including follow-up to all open requests Job Type:
