Summary:
Seeking office assistant - job pay commiserate with skills.
Must be computer literate.
Bookkeeping/accounting skills desired.
Additional opportunity for realtor license/experience.
Very flexible position regarding hours and tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with letters/marketing material - Assist with workmen scheduling - Assist in organizing and maintaining office files and records - Assist with producing/editing and reviewing end of month reports
Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus Small centrally located Real Estate/Property Management Company looking for someone to handle office needs - depending on skill set and qualifications - job can be more or less than advertised.
Applicant should be close to the site - (UT Area) as much of the work could be done remotely - accessing keys for emergencies may be required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
