This position has responsibilities that include providing financial insights and projections to the accounting team. Provide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planning. Prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made.

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)

Provide FP&A finance support to the accounting teams related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics on time.

Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.

Partner directly with the finance teams and division FP&A groups to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews.

Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights.

Work on corporate, division, and region level initiatives that impact the entire organization.

Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.

Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.

Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.

Serve as a liaison for division and corporate teams, managing the earnings guidance scenario modeling, including executive presentation, Q&A support, and ad hoc analysis.

Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times is required.

Other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications

Education/Experience

Bachelor s degree in finance or accounting or a related area.

years related experience within the finance or accounting field with related FP&A experience.

Experience developing financial reports and metrics.

Experience in a construction environment preferred but not required.

Work Requirements

Must be strongly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Must be 18 years in age or older

Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and criminal background check

Must possess a valid driver s license

Able to safely drive a vehicle

Travel up to 25% of time

Regular required attendance and reporting ready to begin work at the designated start time

Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures as per company policy

Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required

Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required

Must be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary

Individuals are required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated operations and production areas as stated by OSHA and/or MSHA

Compliance with all OSHA and/or MSHA regulations

Knowledge/Skill Requirements

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

SQL data mining, Sigma, Quickbase, or other database-related experience.

Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication.

Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organization.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with various management levels.

Ability to work independently

Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency

Physical Requirements

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

May occasionally lift move/carry up to 15 lbs. and occasionally use exertion forces of pushing/pulling of up to 15 lbs

Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk and hear, use hands and fingers to manipulate objects for extended periods of time

Vision abilities (with correction) include close, distance, peripheral, depth, and the ability to adjust focus
