System Development Engineer, Managed Edge Compute
The Amazon Managed Edge Compute (MEC) team is working on building a highly scalable unified management solution to manage, and report on Amazon's global fleet of compute devices across Amazon's fulfillment centers.
Hundreds of thousands of Amazon Associates rely upon these devices to deliver shipments to Amazon retail customers.
We provide our critical services in thousands of facilities ranging from Amazon's smallest last-mile emerging market delivery stations to 1M
square foot robotic facilities.
We are looking for a talented System Development Engineer to invent new solutions to improve our speed, scale, and efficiency.
You will be joining a team that is developing a unified management solution that will be deployed across the entire fleet of compute units, testing frameworks, and improving reporting to enable complex data-driven decisions with globally impacting scope.
Our AWS-based services enable Amazon's software, systems, and operations teams to use the latest technologies in our facilities.
We build for performance, availability, security, and cost.
