Role Purpose Statement:
The Operations Supervisor will oversee the Assembly and Equipment and Sanitation Department (E&S/Dishwashers), seeking an outgoing candidate who thrives in a fast paced production environment and enjoys managing a group of employees that are focused on delivering a quality product to our customers.
Additionally, this candidate needs to monitor and engage employees in all safety and performance initiatives.

Tuition Reimbursement Vacation, Sick, and Holiday Pay 401(k) including company match Free Meals & Parking Opportunities for Advancement Main Responsibilities The ideal candidate will ensure the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed and that all delivery times are being met timely Conduct daily work group meetings Process payroll for all employees that are direct reports Coach and discipline employees Schedule and control employees to meet labor productivity and overtime targets Responsible for making sure that the different airline carts are cleaned and built properly in a timely manner Coordinating with the Warehouse Department to control and replenish inventory as needed Ensure compliance with all government regulatory agencies standards Document and follow up on all department processes in order to implement improvements Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Bilingual (English-Spanish) Degree preferred but nor required.
Experience in managing employees.
Excellent communication and organization skills.
Proficient in Microsoft products; familiarity with payroll and scheduling software Schedules:
Two consecutive days off Open Availability Required.
Including Weekends & Holidays Shift Times:
Scheduling will be based on business needs and subject to change.
