Responsibilities Lead the program management of multifunctional, large Google Cloud Professional Services projects, covering program planning, delivery assurance and verification, tracking and reporting, and risk and mitigation planning.
Provide key accountability into the customer to ensure the program realizes benefits and transformational outcomes.
Be accountable at board/CXO-level to deliver complex transformational engagements which exceed customer expectations.
Identify skill and resourcing requirements to deliver the plan, closely working with various teams at Google or partners.
Define the overall governance model for the account and establish a cadence to manage the ongoing delivery of the plan.
