Your OpportunityThe Senior Project Manager, Technology Integration will be responsible for managing the overall integration and migration of data and technology assets of an acquired company into Stantec's ecosystem.
This includes IT, digital technology, and business systems required for an acquired company to effectively operate within Stantec and comply to standard business practices.
You will provide leadership to multiple project leads, collaborate with key stakeholders across our global company through all aspects of the project and focus on critical technology integration and end user experience.
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team and align with our strategy to successfully integrate technologies for various acquisitions to achieve our company growth initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeveloping a technology integration baseline plan template that can be tailored for each acquisition.
Managing Scope, Schedule, and Budget for one or more acquisitions of various sizes.
Provide leadership to multiple project leads/managers across different acquisitions or within a single large one.
Providing options and implications for various integration strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
Working with resource managers to assign appropriate resources and priority to tasks.
Raising awareness and facilitating assessment of potential changes to scope and deviations from standard practice.
Establishing and maintaining schedule of tasks and key dependencies across activities.
Providing status report on progress, issues, and risks to Integration Lead and Process Leads.
Closely collaborating with Integration Leadership and Process Leads through all aspects of the integration project to maintain alignment to/from on schedule dependencies, issues, risks, key decisions, and expectations.
Identifying, tracking, and managing project issues to resolution.
Monitoring, tracking and mitigating project risks.
Tracking progress, updating status and relevant dates, and reporting to project stakeholders.
Collaborating with the Process Leads to align their Change Management plans and activities to the technology integration timelines and impacts on user experience.
Plan and execute project close outs to include lessons learned that can be used for continuous improvements.
Adhering to IT policies in support of ISO and SOX compliancyQualificationsYour Capabilities and CredentialsStrong working knowledge of MS Project.
Exceptional organizational skills; this position requires the ability to manage more than one project assignment at any one time and to sufficiently plan out different types of projects with varying degrees of known information so that teams can get organized, and work can commence as soon as possible.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; this position requires a high degree of involvement leading meetings and regularly communicating to project and business stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal skills; this position requires a high degree of interaction with varied individuals from Stantec's Functional Services Teams and operations.
Skilled at directly and indirectly managing other Project Managers and Leads.
Valuable but not essential requirements:
Agile or Prince2 certificationMicrosoft Azure experienceOracle ERP experienceEducation and Experience10 years managing technology projects in a large complex environment involving networks, servers, storage, software including custom software, data migration, ERP and business systems.
Project management certification (PMP) would be considered an asset.

Salary Range(s):
$148,100 - $229,500 Min/Max Pay Range for postings located in CO and HIThe final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
