Project Manager
Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee on-site execution for multiple active commercial door and framework projects.
- Collaborate with Project Coordinators for timely submission of submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Conduct physical takeoffs of project sites, ensuring timely material procurement with the purchasing team.
- Work closely with sub-contractors and installation teams to ensure accurate and timely project completion.
- Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Vet and manage additional material requests, ensuring efficient product control in the field.
- Act as the primary contact for builders and contractors, maintaining strong communication and addressing concerns promptly.

Field Manager Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in project/field management of commercial door and framework projects within the Construction and Building Materials industry.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in project management software (experience with COMSENSE is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and coordinate with diverse on-site teams.
- Thorough understanding of safety protocols and commitment to quality standards.
- Proven track record of adhering to project timelines and delivering successful projects.
- Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
