Mechanical Engineer

The Senior Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for managing multi-disciplinary teams on projects related to Higher Education, Science & Technology, Government, Healthcare and Mixed-Use projects.

Responsibilities


  • Design mechanical systems including heating, cooling, heat rejection, air distribution, ventilation, air conditioning, building automation and controls.
  • Coordinate and prepare schematic design, design development and construction documents
  • Deliver projects across multiple delivery models, including design/bid/build, design assist, design build
  • Manage multi-disciplinary teams on projects related to Government, Healthcare, Higher Education and Science & Technology
  • Maintain strong client relations as it pertains to project delivery and repeat business

Qualifications


  • Professional Degree in Engineering required from an accredited four-year university
  • P.E. License Required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an engineer, designing HVAC systems
  • Experience and strong understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, Piping, Boiler, Chiller or Related Mechanical Building system
  • Business Development capabilities
  • Familiarity with BIM
  • Experience with monitoring and managing project budgets
  • Project management and supervisor experience preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
