Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and coordination of events from conception to completion.
Manage event logistics, including venue booking, equipment rental, and transportation arrangements.
Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and sponsors to ensure seamless execution of event requirements.
Provide on-site support during events, including set-up, registration, and attendee assistance.
Coordinate with catering services to ensure food and beverage arrangements align with event specifications.
Assist with post-event activities, such as collecting feedback, compiling reports, and organizing debrief meetings.
Maintain event databases, contact lists, and other relevant documentation.
Contribute creative ideas to enhance the attendee experience and overall event success.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Event Manager or team leads.
Requirements:
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software (e.
g.
, Eventbrite, Cvent).
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work well independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in event management is a plus.
