As this is a medical facility, but also a job that requires sales, we need someone with the desire to help people and have the personality that is suited for a sales-like position from a medical perspective.

Previous experience is not required - we do on-site training! Bilingual Spanish/English speaker is highly preferred.
The job will be doing any/all of the following:
- Front desk coverage Warmly greet and check in patients.
Verify and inform patients about insurance coverage and benefits.
Ensure proper documentation of patient intake forms.
Answer phones and schedule appointments.
Assist with patient care and eye examinations.
Assist patients in frame selection.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A strong attention to detail.
The ability to multi-task.
Self-motivated Bilingual Spanish/English speaker is highly preferred - Cross training provided on working patients up to get them ready for seeing the doctor, performing tests done on routine or problem-focused exams, helping with special testing and contacts and selling glasses based on doctor recommendations.
This includes frame styling and applying their insurance benefits.
We will train someone with no optical experience, but having previous sales experience can help with the transition.
The customer experience is the most important thing to us.
We have been an independently owned practice for 2 years.
