They are seeking a Director of Business Development to drive demand generation and marketshare for their employee enablement services for their Automotive client sector.
This hybrid opportunity will work out of their Dallas-Fort Worth, TX regional HQ and is not a remote role.
As a Business Development Director on this account team, you are responsible for working with the team to understand our customer's business, develop relationships and uncover business opportunities to which we can bring value.
You need to be able to lead a team of internal partners to create and execute solutions that will help the customer achieve their business objectives.

Qualifications:
Must be currently located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Minimum seven years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies Clear history of new business development selling marketing solutions, or professional business services to the automotive industry Demonstrable sales success through prospecting and growing revenue in large accounts Large volume sales experience ($250k plus per sale) Experience with broad range of sales cycles (three to six to twelve months) History of career stability with a maximum of three employers in the last ten years Compensation derived through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses Four year college degree is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products is required; Proficiency with web, SaaS, and mobile applications a plusCompensation Opportunity:
Compensation is not capped and is based on your performance.
We offer a base salary, plus commissions tied to revenue production, and a fiscal year bonus calculated based on your revenue productivity and profitability of that revenue.
For your first two years, we also offer an opportunity to earn bonuses for achieving key performance indicators tied to sales activities.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
