restaurant locations throughout Texas.

All positions focus on key quarterly objectives and accountabilities.
The main accountabilities for this job are 1.
Coordinates daily facilities support for restaurants, regional managers and technicians.

Manages ServiceChannel platform of vendors, works orders, completion, and reporting.

Manages Third Party relationships, completion, invoices, and reporting The single most impactful metric this position will impact is achieving metric of 3.

on quarterly 360's for facilities dept communication and support.
Job Duties Works closely with Facilities Director to coordinate urgent issues daily with each tech Reviews daily work orders Follows up on completion dates and technician notes Communicates with vendors on open tickets, dispute charges, parts, or service dates Provides weekly open/closed/pending work order reports Invoice management CAPEX/TI support Payroll support Support New Restaurant Openings Other tasks as assigned Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Pet Insurance.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
